Position Summary: Monitors building entrance/exits to account for and ensure the safety of residents, visitors and employees. Performs security patrols inside and outside the facility according to schedule. Monitors sensors and alarms related to fire, ventilation, generators, etc. Writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations using appropriate forms. Assists in the administration of automated security systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Security/Law Enforcement/Fire Fighting or related experience required.
Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and the public, to understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, to write and investigate required reports; to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed inside and outside the property with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable crisis situations. Shift work required

We are currently looking for a Beautician to join our team.  Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit, Skilled Nursing Center located in Henderson, Ky. 

Must be a Licensed Beautician in Kentucky.

This is a contracted position with flexible hours.

Provides beauty services to residents, including haircuts, styling, and coloring.

Will be responsible for scheduling appointments with residents.

Redbanks is looking for a RN or LPN Unit Manager this is a full-time position. Position Summary: Assists the Director of Nursing in directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents of Redbanks Skilled Nursing Center. Oversees the clinical operations of assigned nursing units. Professional Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred; Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky; 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.

Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky. Redbanks is currently looking for a RN to education and train our staff. The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for the education and training needs of all team members in the organization, with an emphasis in nursing education due to the high percentage of nursing positions within the organization. The Staff Development Coordinator also serves as a Certified Nurse Aide Trainer and teaches the Certified Nursing Assistant classes at the Center.

Professional Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with KY Registered Nurse Licensure.
Extensive and proven experience in nursing education with a preference for long-term care education.
MOI and CPR instructor preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Participates in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources, activities, in-services and continuing education offerings for staff, patient, family, and community.
Ensures all of the clinical in-services of the organization are provided in an engaging, thorough, and interesting manner in an effort to maximize the retention and applicability for the learner.
Performs the bulk of ongoing competency testing of clinical team members on clinical and documentation skills. Delegates some competency testing tasks to other clinical leaders when deemed appropriate by Center leadership.
